Lead Business Analyst

Analyses legal and organisational needs and translates them into clear functional specifications.
• English, spoken and written, minimum CEFR level B2
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or related field
• 3 years of experience in analysing business processes and requirements, preferably in IT projects
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA or Confluence
• Experience in the field of digitalization of justice
• Advantage: Certification in business analysis, for instance ECBA, CCBA or CBAP from IIBA, PMI-PBA from PMI, or BPMN certification
